Payments are required to be made when presented. If you are unable to make a payment on time, please notify us in advance so that we can assist you in setting up a payment arrangement. Please be aware that late payments will incur a penalty of $100.00.
Payment must be rendered in full prior to the taxpayer’s tax return review. Partial payments will not be accepted as grounds for initiating the review process.
We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, credit card, cash, or checks. Please be advised that for payments made through Venmo or credit card, a 5% surcharge will be applied to the total fees.
All invoices remaining unpaid over 30 days will be assessed a financial charge of 5% per month. Plus, reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs if needed.

Mailing tax documents can also be of your choice. Please send us a text message or email us so we can keep an eye out for your documents.
Upon arrival, you’ll find a small parking lot available. If the lot is already full, feel free to double park behind the cars inside to avoid any parking fees at the street meters. It’s worth noting that parking within the small lots is free of charge.
Additionally, please send a text message ahead of your visit to confirm my availability at the office. Occasionally, I may step away from my desk. However, I kindly request that you refrain from calling repeatedly if I don’t answer immediately, as I may be assisting other clients. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
The attached tax organizers are provided to you and your family to assist in preparing your tax documents for upcoming appointments. They have been uploaded to the portal in case you haven’t received a hard copy through the mail.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered last-minute and are subject to a $300.00 fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If such an incident occurs, please contact us directly, and we may waive the fee at our discretion. However, repeated last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a waiver.
